Fly to Freedom is a podcast dedicated to real, liberating conversations about eating disorder recovery, emotional healing, psychology, and the deeper workings of the brain and nervous system.

As a specialist anorexia recovery coach, my mission is to explore the cause of an eating disorder with the same care and commitment as the behaviours — because true freedom comes from healing both.

I regularly welcome an incredible range of guests, from internationally recognised voices like Tabitha Farrar, Chris Sandel, and many others, to people with powerful lived experience. Every conversation brings depth, humanity, and hope to listeners all over the world.

Every episode of Fly to Freedom is a warm, open, human conversation. Nothing is scripted, nothing is rigid, and there’s absolutely no expectation for you to fit into a particular topic or format.

We explore whatever naturally arises between us — sometimes that’s psychology, trauma, or the brain; sometimes it’s identity, lived experience, emotional healing, nervous system patterns, or the inner world beneath an eating disorder. Often it’s a blend of science, story, and the deeply personal.
